Woburn, Mass – July 1, 2022 - BNMC, a premier Managed Services Provider (MSP) out of Woburn, MA and Nashua, NH announced today that it has acquired Newton, MA-based MIS Alliance, a fully-managed IT service provider serving the IT needs of businesses throughout eastern Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire and southern Maine for over 20 years.  The acquisition of MIS Alliance will bring the two engineering teams together, strengthening BNMC’s presence in the New England region for all customers.  A wide range of clients, including, Health care, Financial Services, Legal, Manufacturing, Bio-Technology, Non-Profit Charity organizations, State and Local government and K-12 / Higher Education customers will now benefit from the combined BNMC / MIS Alliance team.
