Monthly Service Plans
MIS Alliance provides monthly service plans that ensure your whole IT infrastructure stays healthy. We service all aspects of your environment: servers, workstations (PCs and MACs), firewalls and more. We will schedule an on-site visit with you at least monthly and we’ll also address any issues that you may have and put solutions into place.

Unlike other providers, we provide on-site visits at least once per month. These visits are the most efficient in terms of keeping your network healthy. They allow us to keep abreast of the state of your infrastructure; we can frequently be alerted to any problems before they occur, saving your organization lost revenue and productivity. Additionally, on-site visits build the strategic relationship you need with your IT provider.

We have a basic monthly plan for smaller organizations, and an advanced plan that includes a 24x7x52 Help Desk accessed by a toll-free number and Advanced Management and Monitoring. We can also customize our plans based on your specific needs.

Projects
You will occasionally have special projects on which to work in order to properly upgrade your network or add new functionality to enhance your users’ productivity. For each of these projects, MIS Alliance will provide you with an estimate of the number of hours needed as well as the associated costs (parts and labor).

Hourly Service
If you do not subscribe to a monthly maintenance program, yet still need occasional support, we will provide you with service on an hourly basis. We will still offer you the same level of expertise from the same, skilled engineers; only the price structure changes. Hourly service can be purchased in blocks of ten or more hours or by a simple time and materials contract.

Advanced Consulting
MIS Alliance has CIO-level skills in advanced IT systems, particularly in the areas of disaster recovery, high-end storage solutions, RFP analysis and network security design. MIS Alliance will work closely with you on the design and implementation of these solutions.
