Ed McHugh President and Chief Executive Officer

Ed McHugh is an information technology
executive with more than twenty years of experience.
Ed has expertise in the development and execution of IT
strategy, program management, and operations and
infrastructure. Ed has been
responsible for all aspects of IT, including project
delivery, development, business analysis, quality assurance
and production support. He has always been known as an
innovative technology executive who has been able to realize
the value of technology to deliver business benefit and
return on investment. Prior to MIS
Alliance, Ed worked at many top firms including: Digital
Equipment, Wang, Prime, Novell and Fidelity Investments
where he was responsible for many large-scale IT services.
He was also the CIO of Fidelity’s insurance subsidiary. Most
recently, he was an IT strategy consultant as the president
of Lexington IT Solutions.
Bradley Dinerman
Vice President of Information Technology

Over the past fifteen years, Brad has developed an expertise in security, high-end systems architecture and application development skills for a variety of organizations. On top of these, he draws upon a strong scientific background to analyze and troubleshoot complex IT problems. At MIS Alliance, Brad is responsible for the company's engineering department and oversight of clients' IT infrastructures. He has also served as manager of technical operations, manager of MIS and IT lead technologist at companies such as USDataCenters and Sea Change Systems.
A frequent contributor to various online TechTips sites and an "expert" on
both the TechTarget
SearchExchange
and SearchWindowsSecurity sites, Brad delivers user group/conference presentations on topics ranging from spam and security solutions to Internet development techniques. He is a co-author of Windows Server 2003 Networking Recipes (Apress Publishing, July, 2006). Brad is the founder and president of the
National Information Security Group, the former chair of the Boston Area Exchange Server User Group and an active member of the FBI’s
Infragard program.
Brad is a Microsoft MVP in
Enterprise Security, one of approximately twenty-five worldwide to possess the award in this category. He
is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), a Certified SonicWall Security Administrator
and a Certified 3Com IP Telephony Expert. He earned a Ph.D. in physics from Boston College and a B.A. degree in physics from Connecticut College.
Stephen
Zogopoulos
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

As vice president of sales and marketing, Stephen Zogopoulos is responsible for
defining partner and supplier relationships, MIS Alliance branding, and the
execution of the MIS Alliance sales and e-commerce strategies.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his ability to drive growth and
operational excellence for both e-commerce start-ups and well-established
businesses. An experienced high-tech executive, Stephen has a unique
understanding of products, channels and lifecycle management.
Prior to joining the MIS Alliance team, Stephen was the co-founder and managing
director of GIGA PC Corporation. Having also worked in the electronics brokerage
and distribution industry, Stephen brings extensive knowledge, experience, and
management skills to the MIS Alliance team. He has held key roles with industry
leading companies including Converge, Gateway, NECX Direct and Avnet, where he
was responsible for sales, product marketing, commodity management and supplier
acquisition.
Stephen attended Northeastern University and the University of New Hampshire
with an emphasis on business administration and management.
Our Staff
Our technical staff is comprised of certified, experienced IT professionals with college degrees in IT, engineering, and physical and computer sciences (from B.S. to Ph.D.) and between 5 and 25 years of experience in technology and business management. In addition, they hold a variety of certifications, including Microsoft, Novell, SonicWall, Intuit, Best Software, and many others.
